Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. No RFQ/RFP Deposit Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: July 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Meet at the front of Rippowam Middle School, 381 High Ridge Rd, Stamford, CT 06905 Project Manager: Josh Noggle, Building Systems Engineer All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
