Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. No RFQ/RFP Deposit Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: October 23, 2025 at 2:30 PM. Meet at Stamford High School, located at 55 Strawberry Hill Ave, Stamford, CT 06902 Project Manager: Anna Rabinowitz, Clerk of the Works II All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com ).
