2026.0001, City RFP - Cummings Marina Design & Permitting Project is funded in whole or in part with CT Port Authority (Small Harbor Investment) funds RFP Opening: July 31, 2025 at 4:00 PM No RFP Deposit Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: July 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Meet at Cummings Marina parking lot, located next to Cummings Park Beach, Stamford CT 06902. Entrance is off Shippan Avenue. Project Manager: Erin McKenna, Associate Planner All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
