The City of Iowa City is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide and screen print or embroidered new and unused clothing items for various departments of the City of Iowa City.

No City Representative other than the contact listed under Bid Contact information should be contacted regarding this Request for Proposal. Any such unauthorized contact may cause the disqualification of the proposer from the procurement transaction.
No Contact Policy: After the date and time established for receipt of proposals by the City, any contact initiated by the proposer or by a City representative, other than the Purchasing Division representative listed herein, concerning this Request for Proposal is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may cause the disqualification of the proposer from the procurement transaction.
All questions and clarifications regarding this Request for Proposal will be accepted until April 19, 2023, noon (CT) by submitting your questions through Ion Wave. All questions must be in writing in order to receive a response.
