City Pond Road Guardrail Installation Project # TS25-01

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the front desk of the Public Utilities Facility, 138 Sweetwater Trail, Winder, Georgia 30680 (Attention: Gerard Brewer, City Pond Guardrail Project #TS25-01), until Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., local time. Soon thereafter, all received bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.

The Project includes the following Work:
Installing guardrail on City Pond Road at City Pond Park across Cedar Creek. Work will be performed in accordance with GDOT specification 641-Guardrail and in reference to associated plan set.

Bids are requested for the following Contract: Agreement Between Owner and Contractor For Construction Contract (Stipulated Price): City Pond Road at City Pond Park Guardrail Installation

The Project has an expected duration of 60 days.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found on the City of Winder website at www.cityofwinder.com and at the Georgia Procurement Registry at https://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/gpr/Pre-bid Conference. No pre-bid meeting will be held for this project. All questions must be submitted in writing to the City of Winder via email at nmullins@waengineering.com by Tuesday, May 6, @ 2:00 P.M. No Bids will be accepted by fax or email. All bids must be physically submitted as noted above.
