2025-27 City Parking Garage Repairs
PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting bids for the repairs of City owned Parking Garages as per the bid specifications and plans posted herein.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at City Service Center, Suite 6, 915 Quarrier Street, Charleston, WV 25301 on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 10am. Addendum No.1 issued on Friday, August 15, 2025, to attach pre-bid sign-in sheet and answer vendor questions. Addendum No. 2 issued on Wednesday, August 20, 2025 to add required forms, answer additional vendor questions and clarify bid submission instructions. Addendum No. 3 issued on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, to attached revised bid form. |
