CITY PARK RESTROOM CLEANING

The City of Fort Pierce invites qualified vendor to submit a bid for Cleaning Services required by the Public Works Department on an annual basis. Responsibilities will consist of all janitorial work at City-owned locations.

DETAILED LISTING OF SERVICES REQUIRED

1. Sweep floor each visit.
2. Wet mop tiled floors using a disinfectant cleaner each visit.
3. Wash down cement - floors using a disinfectant cleaner each visit. Leaving no standing water.
4. Clean and disinfect all sinks, commodes, and urinals each visit.
5. Clean and disinfect any soiled areas on walls, partitions, grab bars, ledges, doors, etc. each visit.
6. Clean mirrors each visit.
7. Clean out - floor channels/drain areas each visit.
8. Clean and disinfect drinking fountains each visit.
9. Polish stainless- steel surfaces weekly.
10. Empty all interior and exterior waste receptacles each visit and replace liners.
11. Refill toilet-tissue, paper towel and liquid soap dispensers each visit.
12. Police or sweep outside entrances each visit.
13. When finished cleaning, doors/gates should be left as they are found, i.e. locked/unlocked.

15. Service is to be done twice a day, three- days a week, one hundred fifty-six days (156) annually.
