City Park Gazebo Renovation

The City of Siloam Springs will be accepting sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the renovation of the historic 1895 Queen-Anne-style gazebo located in City Park. The project includes structural repairs, decking replacement, concrete and hardscape work, railing, and painting.

This is a historic structure. Bidders must demonstrate previous experience with historic renovation, and are expected to perform work with care, precision, and respect for existing materials, profiles, and architectural character. Bidder must demonstrate ability to complete project within four (4) calendar months of executing contract.

Bids must be received before 2PM CST on April 15 ^th , 2026. Sealed bids may be submitted in-person at the Parks and Recreation office located at 401 West University Street, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Sealed bids cannot be sent electronically. “Sealed Bid” must be written on the envelope.  If mailing bids, sealed bids should be sent to:

The City shall open and compare the bids and thereafter award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, but only if it is the opinion of the City that the best interests of the City would be served thereby.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities.  The bids must remain in effect for ninety (90) days.
