Summary

This project generally consists of roadway rehabilitation and streetscape improvements, including asphalt milling, patching, paving, excavation, and restoration of roadway, alley, and concrete surfaces. The work also includes utility structure adjustments, drainage inlet modifications, curb, gutter, sidewalk, drive approach, and concrete median reconstruction, along with landscaping restoration, irrigation repairs, and erosion control measures.

Additional work includes traffic control, signage, pavement markings, thermoplastic striping, and installation of ADA-compliant detectable warning plates to complete the roadway and pedestrian improvements.
