Summary

The intent of the City is to award a single contract for the Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) to provide Pre-construction services and complete Construction. The City has awarded DWL Architects-Planners, Inc. under a separate contract to complete the preliminary design services. All construction services are pursuant to A.R.S. 34-601 et seq.
