City of Stamford – Westhill High School

Dimeo/Bismark, A Joint Venture, is the Construction Manager at Risk for the City of Stamford’s New Westhill High School. This is a REBID for the following scopes of work: 03B Site Concrete and 14A Elevators only. THIS PROJECT IS PUBLIC BID. Download ALL documents through Addendum No. 11 Addendum No. 11 consists of any updated documents for the REBID. All other documents are required. The project is a 450,000 sf new high school and demolition of the existing high school. This project is slated to begin in April 2026. Please refer to the schedule in the bid documents. The bid due date is July 16, 2026 by 11:00AM (DEADLINE), to be delivered to: Stamford Government Center, 888 Washington Blvd, 10th Floor - Purchasing Department, Stamford, CT 06901.
