This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for HVAC Modifications – Fire Hall #1, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The work involves modification of two existing boilers serving the building including provision of new boiler circulation pumps, controls, safeties and the heating glycol system shall be reconfigured as shown on the mechanical drawings.  The project shall also include associated electrical, and controls work to support the mechanical scope.  Scope shall also include the replacement of the existing air-cooled condensing unit, and the complete replacement of the building’s propylene glycol mixture.
