Invitation to Bid
City of South Salt Lake: 900 West Parking Lot Fence Construction
The City of South Salt Lake will accept bids from qualified contractors to construct a city facility at 3291 S 900 West. The scope of work includes materials, supplies and installation of solid fencing and chain link fencing as shown on attached plan and per spec sheet. Install owner provided mechanical gate. No pre-bid conference will be held. A site visit will be held on Wednesday, November 5th at 10:00 AM. Additionally, a site visit can be coordinated with Brent Dyer 385.358.3698. Selected contractor will be required to meet all contracting and insurance requirements in the Sample Agreement provided in the Project Manual.
Proposals will be accepted until November 13, 2025 at 3:00pm MST. Bids may be submitted in person to the City Recorders office at South Salt Lake City Hall (220 E Morris Ave.), or by email at aandrus@sslc.gov, or accepted via direct submission to the Utah Public Procurement Portal (UP3). No late proposals will be accepted, and proposers are responsible for verifying timely receipt of their submission.
