Request for Proposals (RFP)
Citywide AMAG Work
The City of South Salt Lake is requesting proposals for the project titled: South Salt Lake Citywide AMAG Work. Services will include work on the AMAG readers at selected City facilities. All interested parties are required to schedule a site visit by February 17, 2026 for full project details. Note: City Offices will be closed on February 16.
Proposals must be submitted to the City of South Salt Lake by Friday, February 20, 2026, no later than 4:00 pm MST (“Submission Deadline”). City is not responsible for proposals delivered incorrectly or for failure to receive.
Submissions shall be sent in a single PDF to aandrus@sslc.gov or submitted on Utah Procurement Place (U3P or Bonfire). Separate attachments will not be accepted.
Proposers wishing to verify receipt of the proposal may contact Ariel Andrus at aandrus@sslc.gov
Submissions that are late, incomplete, or do not meet submission format and contents as described in this RFP will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject all submissions or to waive any informality in any submissions if deemed in the best interest of the City. The City does not guarantee that a contract will be awarded following the submission deadline.
