City of Sonoma Issues Request for Proposals for On-Call City Engineering Services

The City of Sonoma is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide on-call city engineering services. The selected consultant(s) will assist City staff in delivering a wide range of general engineering services and capital projects, including development review, capital improvement project design and support, traffic engineering, and general engineering consultation.

Key Dates:

• RFP Release: August 25, 2025
• Questions Due: September 5, 2025, by 5:00 p.m.
• Responses to Questions: September 12, 2025
• Proposal Deadline: September 26, 2025, by 5:00 p.m.
• Anticipated Contract Authorization: October 15, 2025

Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format to Ashley Cotter , Public Works Administrative and Project Manager, at via email no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 26, 2025.
