25-019 City of Sandy Springs Mowing Services for Public Works

The City of Sand Springs ¿City¿ is seeking bids from vendors to completing mowing services for interstates I-285 and 400. The list of routes are provided in Attachment A. The City contemplates award of fixed price contract(s) resulting from the ITB. The City reserves the right to make a single award or no award, if these options are in the City¿s best interest. The City may award without discussions. Therefore, the Offeror¿s submission shall contain best terms for Cost/Price as described herein. The City reserves the right to conduct discussions if they are later determined to be necessary. If the City awards without discussions, the Offeror may be given the opportunity to clarify certain aspects of its bid submittal or to resolve minor or clerical errors.
