Description:

The project will replace roadway culverts throughout the South Central and Flint Hill neighborhoods on Lige Street, Carolina Avenue, Jefferson Avenue, Saluda Avenue, and Carroll Street, with a stream restoration along Green Street. Alternate bids for culvert replacement at Barber Street and a stream restoration along Jefferson Avenue.
