City of Robinson Request for Applications for Bank Depository Services

The City of Robinson, Texas, is soliciting applications from eligible and qualified financial institutions with a main office or branch location located within 15 miles of City Hall, to provide primary Depository Services.  The initial contract period will begin March 1, 2026, and end February 28, 2028.  At the option of the City, the contract may be extended for three additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions.

Applications will be accepted until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 31, 2025, submitted to the City of Robinson, Attention: Misty Cryer, City Secretary, 111 W. Lyndale Avenue, Robinson, Texas 76706.

All documents necessary to respond to the RFA are attached to this email and include the following:

1. Bank RFA as a fillable/protected Word document
2. Fee Schedule as an Excel document, and
3. City of Robinson Investment Policy
