City of Red Deer - Negotiated Request for Proposal - Traffic Signal…

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the supply, delivery, set up, commissioning support and ongoing product support services as required for the Traffic Signal System, Cabinet/Controller Replacement – Supply Only (the Deliverables) as set out in this section of the RFP. The selected Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the City for the provision of the Deliverables.

The successful proponent shall supply, deliver, and assist with the initial set up and commissioning of:

new ATMS at the City’s Traffic Operations Centre,

new traffic signal controllers,

new cabinets throughout the City, and

ongoing technical support services through the duration of the agreement.

Initial start-up Engineering services and training for field and office staff prior to implementation

The successful proponent shall supply all four elements, the City shall not accept partial submissions for individual components.
