Overview
Summary

The City of Pontiac has CDBG FY 2024 funds designated specifically for this program which Oakland County has approved. The goal of this project is to boost homeownership for lower income residents who are first-time homebuyers. We are looking for organizations that already have a down payment assistance program in place so that the funds can be spent timely on prospective homebuyers intending to purchase a home in Pontiac.
