CITY OF PINE BLUFF REQUESTING SEALED BIDS ON RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION PROJECTS
The City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, is accepting bids from general contractors for single-family home rehabilitation projects. Walkthrough inspections are available by appointment only. Bid packages can be picked up at 716 South Georgia Street, Pine Bluff, AR 71601. For more information, call (870) 543-1820 or email ecdhomes@cityofpinebluff-ar.gov . A completed bid package must be submitted for a bid to be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bid Deadline: Bids must be received by 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at:

Bids will be opened and read aloud publicly at 2:00 p.m. The City may hold the bids for up to 30 days while reviewing them and checking bidders’ qualifications before awarding the contract.
