City of Pascagoula Depository

Notice is given in accordance with the terms of Article 3, Chapter 105, Title 27, Mississippi Code of 1972, that the City Council of the City of Pascagoula, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, December 11, 2025 , for the privilege of serving as City Depository for starting January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2029 and thereafter until new arrangements shall be made according to law. Such bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the City Clerk of the City of Pascagoula, Mississippi. If a bid is submitted by mail, the post office address of the City Clerk is P.O. Drawer 908, Pascagoula, MS 39568-0908. If a bid is hand-delivered, the street address of the City Clerk is 603 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, MS 39567-4220. The attention of each bidder is especially directed to Sections 27-105-303, 27-105-305, 27-105-353, and 27-105-363, Mississippi Code of 1972.

The Municipal Depository Bid Form may be obtained via e-mail upon request at kkennedy@cityofpascagoula.com or at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 603 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, Mississippi, 39567, during normal business hours at no charge. All bids must comply with the specifications provided. City of Pascagoula reserves the right to amend and the specifications, as necessary and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets from the City of Pascagoula City Clerk’s Office.

All written bids submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelope as instructed in the bid package and delivered to the City Clerk’s Office at the above address.

The City of Pascagoula reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities.
