PURPOSE: It is the intent of the City of North Port (hereinafter referred to as “City”) to secure the services of a professional, licensed, insured and qualified Firm to provide the monitoring, repair, maintenance and/or installation service in accordance with industry standards and Federal, State and Local rules, regulations and guidelines on an “as required basis”.
