Notice is hereby given that the City of North Port will receive sealed proposals from legal entities authorized to do business in Florida at the City of North Port Finance Department, 4970 City Hall Boulevard, Suite 337, North Port, Florida 34286, for

RFP NO. 2025-14

Emergency Feeding and Catering Services

It is the intent of the City of North Port to request proposals from experienced and qualified Vendors to provide catering services, provide bulk and/or boxed food meals, and feeding services to the City’s employees and emergency workers before, during, and after an emergency or disaster event.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE: AUGUST 8, 2025, AT 2:00 P.M.

We are strongly encouraging the use of Delivery Services and/or courier s such as FedEx or UPS to deliver your sealed solicitations to: Finance Department/Purchasing Division, City of North Port, 4970 City Hall Boulevard, Suite 337, North Port, FL 34286. Proposals Received After This Date and Time Will Not Be Opened.
