City of Milton - Comprehensive Plan Update

The City is seeking a consultant to update and revise the Comprehensive Plan with corresponding maps, images, data, and graphs. Consultants are encouraged to use any successful approach and practices that have worked well for them in developing plans and using any model plan that has been proven to best communicate information in a user friendly, easy to interpret, and easy to implement Comprehensive Plan.

Please submit all proposals compiled into a single PDF and directed to Paul Hensch, City Administrator at phensch@milton-wi.gov Use “Comprehensive Plan Update: City of Milton” as the Subject line.

Proposals are due by February 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM CST

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional proposals.  The City reserves the right to accept the proposal that it deems in the best interest of the City.
