Description
Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Site preparation and management, including pedestrian and vehicular traffic control measures and delineation of work zones.
- Saw cutting, removal, and disposal of existing hard surfacing materials.
- Removal and disposal of existing soft surfacing materials.
- Removal and disposal of existing sanitary sewer infrastructure.
- Removal and disposal of existing storm sewer infrastructure.
- Removal and disposal of existing water distribution infrastructure.
- Sanitary sewer replacements, including mains and manholes.
- Storm sewer installation, including mains, manholes, catch basins, and catch basin manholes.
- Storm sewer installation by use of trenchless method.
- Water main installation, including mains, valves, hydrants, and fittings.
- Underground spot repairs of deficient existing infrastructure.
- Sanitary and water service replacements.
- Minor underground utility adjustments, as necessary.
- Fine grading, balancing, and preparation of subgrade within the project limits.
- Placement of concrete works, including curb and gutter, monolithic walk, curb ramps, separate walk, commercial/lane crossings, swales, residential crossings (driveways), and mailbox pads.
- Reconstruction of existing road base including subgrade preparation, granular base course, and asphalt supply and placement.
- Adjustment of manholes, catch basins, and valves to match new elevations.
- Signal modifications, as required.
- Inlaid thermoplastic lane markings.
Rehabilitation of impacted (including re-grading) landscaping features including placement of topsoil and sod/seed over disturbed areas.
The estimated contract period will be 5 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/05/01.
