The North Red Deer Regional Wastewater Services Commission (NRDRWWSC) requests quotes from interested parties to:
1.        Supply and deliver bulk odour-neutralizing chemical.

Optional quotes to provide:
1.        Six-month chemical injection pump maintenance program;
2.        A.I. learning device/software that can be integrated into the Ignition SCADA system to learn and adjust chemical delivery to target an H2S concentration reading of 100 PPM in Blackfalds and the Red Deer Odour Management Facility (see wastewater system flow-through description);
3.        Install H2S monitoring devices at the Blackfalds lift station biofilter to provide data for the computer learning software (the OMF site already has H2S inflow monitoring).
