Pre-proposal Conference: November 10, 2025, at 10:00 am via City Hall/Zoom followed by a tour of the existing facilities.

Last Day for Questions: November 13, 2025, by close of business

Delivery Deadline: November 20, 2025, no later than 2:00 pm

The City of Kenai is seeking a professional design consultant to provide architectural design services for several projects. The Lead firm shall provide a team of professionals capable of evaluating the existing building issues and developing plans and solutions to remedy the issues. The successful proposer will provide professional design services, including, but not limited to, design development, cost estimates, specifications, bid documents, and construction administration services.

Proposers should contact the Public Works Department at purchasing@kenai.city to be placed
on the plan holder’s list to receive addenda.

Attendance at the Pre-Proposal meeting is not mandatory but is recommended. The City will be using Zoom for telephonic and virtual access. Registration is required to join the meeting remotely through Zoom. Please use the following link to register:
