Summary

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the District of Lake Country (the “District”) invites Proposals from suitability qualified and experienced companies, interested in performing works to construct a new bulk water metering facility to separate City of Kelowna and District of Lake Country water utilities at the intersection of Beaver Lake Road and Jim Bailey Road, Kelowna.

Full details of the Work required is provided in the RFP.  A summary of the Work is as follows:

Location : The Place of the Work is at the intersection of Jim Bailey Road and Beaver Lake Road, Kelowna, BC, as shown on the Drawings.
Maximum Budget: No Maximum Budget is being stated for this RFP.
Contract Time : The Milestone Date requirements for the Work are listed below.  The District is providing a wide window for Respondents to propose to perform the Work within.  Respondent may therefore choose Work dates which best suit their schedule.  Notwithstanding this work-window, the total duration of the Work (from Commencement of the Work onsite until Substantial Performance of the Work), must not exceed a maximum 14 weeks.

Estimated Contract Duration (in months) The estimated contract duration includes the full length of the contract, including any potential extensions. Further details on the contract term may be described in the Rfx document and is subject to contract finalizaton.
