City of Holland Motorpool Vehicle Hoist Upgrade Bid

TO: PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

RE: VEHICLE HOIST UPGRADE BID

The City of Holland will receive sealed bids from prospective bidders to replace the current rear post of #25,000 with a #50,000 twin post hoist, extend the length of the hoist to accommodate a larger tandem axle truck, and to replace the front frame roller track. The sealed bid must include all necessary parts, labor for installation of the hoist, excavation to be done to site to accommodate new post and concrete work.

The bids will be received at the FINANCE OFFICE IN THE CITY HALL BUILDING, 270 S. RIVER AVENUE, HOLLAND, MICHIGAN until 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. You are invited, but not required, to attend said bid opening.

Bids must be on the “BID FORM” provided and be submitted in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked “HOIST UPGRADE BID”.

All bids are to be net, F.O.B. – 333 Wyngarden Way, Holland, Michigan 49423.
