Gladstone, MO at Gladstone City Hall, 7010 N. Holmes,
until 10:00 AM, Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at
which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and
responsive bidder. The City reserves the
right to reject any and all bids.

"Flora Park (Phase II ) Gladstone, LA1BTFM7PNQ6"
The City of Gladstone hereby notifies all bidders that it
will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered
into pursuant to this advertisement, individuals will be
afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to
this invitation and will not be discriminated against on

ancestry or national origin in consideration for an award.
Federal Land and Water Conservation Funds are being
used in this project, and all relevant federal, state, and
local requirements apply. Pursuant to Section 292.675,
RSMO, the Contractor shall provide a ten-hour
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
construction safety program for all on-site employees.
