City of Garden City Alleyway & Right-of-Way Improvements

The City of Garden City, Kansas (City) seeks competitive sealed bids for improvements to the City’s Alleyway, Right-of-way infrastructure, and road northwest of 519 N. Main St. The City desires to engage a licensed contractor to excavate, backfill, grade, remove and replace concrete mainline, and coordinate with City’s Electric Department to aid in the City’s electrical infrastructure improvements in the area to meet plan specifications. Electrical work will be performed by others or by the City’s Electric Department. Responding to the Bid should involve interested companies reviewing and analyzing the information provided herein and responding in writing to items where a response is requested.

The City will receive sealed bids until 1:30 p.m. CT on August 04, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid opening will begin promptly at the appointed time at the Utilities Service Center located at 140 Harvest St., Garden City, KS 67846. No bids may be submitted after the bid opening begins. The bidder is solely responsible for the timely submission of this bid.
