Description:

The City of Fairview Park is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide maintenance and support services for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and related systems in City Hall (including Police & Fire) – 20777 Lorain Rd., Senior Center – 20769 Lorain Rd., and Gemini (recreation) Center - 21225 Lorain Rd.

The City prefers to work with firms that have experience with municipal recreation centers, and government facilities open 24/7/365, or like facilities.

The term of the contract will be for two years (2025 and 2026) that may be renewable on an annual basis for up to three (3) consecutive years by agreement of the parties to be approved by Fairview Park City Council.
