The City of Edmonton (the "City") invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing event forthe supply of bus mounted bike racks, upgrade kits, pivot plate assemblies and related parts on an if, as, and when required basis.
The intent of the requirement is to furnish City buses to accommodate the carriage of children to adult sized bikes (including fat tire and E-bikes), with minimal or no modification to the existing bus infrastructure. The scope of work involves either modifying existing bike racks through the implementation of upgrade kits or their full replacement with new units or combination of both.
