Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the improvement
and rehabilitation of various road surfaces in the City of Douglas will be received at the Mayor and
Commissioner¿s Conference Room at City Hall, 302 South Madison Avenue, Douglas, Georgia 31533 up
to 2:30 PM, local time, Tuesday May 12, 2026. The bids will be publicly opened and read at the Mayor and
Commissioner¿s Conference Room at City Hall, 302 South Madison Avenue, Douglas, Georgia 31533 at
2:30 PM, local time, Tuesday May 12, 2026.
Bids can be mailed or delivered to the attention of Wynetta Bolder, City Clerk, City of Douglas, 302 South
Madison Avenue, Douglas, Georgia 31533. All bids must have LMIG FY25 Supplemental, LMIG FY26 &
LMIG FY26 Supplemental Rehabilitation, Resurfacing and Striping Bid plainly marked on the outside
of each bid. Bids received after the designated time will not be considered. The City of Douglas will select
the lowest responsible bidder after evaluation of all bids.
