Summary and Background

The City of Delafield is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive classification and compensation study for select departments of regular full-time and part-time employees. The format must be consistent with the requirements of the RFP. Please provide options that may create efficiencies, make improvements, or offer creative solutions for a strategic personnel plan.
