CUTTING, BALING AND REMOVAL OF HAY FROM THE

CITY MUNICIPAL AIRPORT

Separate sealed bids for CUTTING, BALING AND REMOVAL OF HAY from the Corsicana Municipal Airport for the City of Corsicana effective October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028, will be received in the office of the City Manager of the City of Corsicana, Texas, until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 21st, 2026. Proposals submitted after that date and time will not be considered. Bid envelopes shall be sealed, clearly marked “Sealed Proposal - Hay Harvesting Services Airport,” with the appropriate receiving date. Bids may also be submitted by email to

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday July 16th, 2026, at 9:00 am at the Municipal Airport located at 9000 Navarro Road, Corsicana, TX 75110. All potential bidders are required to attend.

Instructions and Specification Forms may be obtained from the Public Works Office Department, City of Corsicana, 200 North 12th Street, Corsicana, Texas 75110.

The City of Corsicana may reject any or all the bids on any basis without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure shall not result in accrual of any right, claim, or cause of action by any unsuccessful bidder against the City of Corsicana. No bidder may withdraw a bid within 30 days after the actual date of opening thereof.
