Scope of Services
The City of Cocoa, FL is seeking qualified contractors to perform comprehensive rehabilitation services for a single-family residence located at 1917 Furman Court, Cocoa, FL 32922. This rehabilitation project is funded through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program to improve housing conditions for low-income, elderly and Disable residents. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and supervision necessary to complete the rehabilitation work according to the specifications outlined in this scope of work.
