City of Cocoa SHIP Housing Rehabilitation has selected a home located at 1001 Montclair Road, Cocoa FL 32926 as an eligible SHIP grant recipient for a total rehab for low income, elderly individuals. The scope includes a total roof replacement, new electrical panel and GFCIs in the bathrooms and kitchen, renovations of both bathrooms, replacements of interior doors and windows, interior drywall repairs and painting, new flooring in the living room and family room, replacement of kitchen cabinets, countertops and fixtures, installation of smoke detectors, and repairs to foundation.
