The City of Camrose invites prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the 2025 Airport Exterior Remediation. The work consists of renovation of the exterior of the Airport Terminal Building. Removal and replacement of foundation exterior protection, treated plywood skirting, rigid insulation repairs behind skirting, application of localized damp-proofing, and installation of protective metal flashing. The weathered wood siding will be replaced by one of two options (new wood siding, or metal siding). Pending budget some small exterior improvement projects may be added to the scope of the work or may be completed by the City.
