The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking qualified Proponents with relevant experience to deliver services relating to the Distributed Antenna System (DAS).
The City intends to enter into a Master Agreement with each of the Selected Respondents for a term of three (3) years (the “Master Agreement Term”).
This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
