The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking firms to provide a resin grout material for use in an embedded rail system as part of the rehabilitation of the 7th Ave S LRT in-street corridor. Firms must also provide field staff for on-site support and quality assurance.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

The Agreement will for for an initial Term of two (2) years. The Agreement may be renewed, for four (4) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of ten (10) years.
