The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a competent and experienced service provider to enter into agreement to provide service, annual inspection and five-year inspections. This includes but is not limited to labor, equipment, and material to maintain The City’s Fire Alarm and life system systems as and when needed.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed, for three (3) additional two (2) Year term, not to exceed a maximum of seven (7) years.
