City of Brownsville Impala Pump Station Upstream Ditch Improvements TWDB Project No. 40063

Project Description: The project includes adjusting existing manholes to grade, installation of 12’ wide chain link fence swing gates, removal and relocation of miscellaneous items, pavement repairs, ditch clearing, excavation widening, reshaping, and lining with concrete rip rap. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board. Attention is called to the fact that this contract is subject to the Texas Water Development Board’s Supplemental Contract Conditions and Instructions (TWDB-0552), including but not limited to the following requirements. US Iron and Steel - Any contract(s) awarded under this Invitation for Bids is/are subject to the United States Iron and Steel requirements of Texas Water Code §17.183 and/or Texas Government Code, Chapter 2252, Subchapter F, as amended by SB 1289, 85th Legislative Session.
