City of Bluffton Elevated Tank Rehabilitation Division II

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Elevated Tank Rehabilitation ¿ DIVISION II will be received, by the City of Bluffton, at the City of Bluffton ¿ 109 Broad Street South, Bluffton, Georgia 39824, until 11:30 AM local time on May 3, 2024, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The work is generally described as follows: Rehabilitation of the City¿s existing 50,000-gallon multi-column elevated water storage tank. Work includes painting of the tank exterior. Work is more completely described in the Bid Form submitted with Contractor¿s bid package and includes the work delineated in the Base Bid and can include Alternate Bid Items.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with alternate bid items if indicated in the Bid Form.
