City of Beaumont - Request for Proposal - Commercial Printing Services

The City produces a variety of printed materials for both internal and external use. These materials include, but are not limited to, two-colour bookmarks, brochures, posters, labels, informational and training booklets, pocket folders, and direct mail, on an as-needed basis. In addition, the City occasionally requires large-format and specialty print products such as signage, banners, window and floor decals, wall graphics, and other custom printed media for events, facilities, and public engagement. While the City operates its own print stations capable of high-speed duplication and colour photocopying, commercial printing services are occasionally required when in-house capacity is insufficient.
