Description

The City requires the supply and delivery of computing devices on an as-needed basis. Initially, the City plans to place a bulk order for 2025, consisting of approximately 28 laptops, 3 executive laptops, 15 tablets, and 5 micro desktops. Subsequent purchases will be made as needed. The City does not guarantee any specific purchase volumes throughout the contract term.

The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to three one-year terms.
