REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – R.F.Q. 24-03

City of Annapolis Emergency Operations Center Water Intrusion Mitigation Project

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed applications for

prequalification, “Qualification Statements” so that the City of Annapolis may establish a list of

contractors prequalified to submit bids for construction phase services to install engineered

designed systems to mitigate water infiltration into the City of Annapolis Emergency Operations

Center. Proposals for the City of Annapolis Emergency Operations Center Waterproofing will be

accept until 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 29, 2023. Proposals shall be submitted to the Central

Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401.

Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-proposal conference at 10:00 a.m., Thursday,

September 7th, 2023 at the Annapolis Police Department Headquarters, 199 Taylor Avenue,

Annapolis, Maryland. Parking is available at the location and also at One Park Place.

Disadvantage Small Businesses, (DBA’s), Minority Business Enterprises, (MBE’s), Registered

Small Businesses, (SBE’s) and Veteran Owned Enterprise Small Businesses, (VSBE’s) are

encouraged to participate in this solicitation request.
