This Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide City of Abbotsford – Works Management System (CMMS or EAM) as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

This RFPQ is being issued to commence the first stage of a two-stage procurement process for the City of Abbotsford – Works Management System (CMMS or EAM) (the “Project”).  The City is requesting Information to identify experienced and qualified vendors in the provision of COTS (configurable off-the-shelf) Works Management System or Enterprise Asset Management Solution.
