CITY MANAGER EXECUTIVE SEARCH. The City of Richfield is seeking proposals from qualified executive search firms to assist with the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of the City’s next City Manager. The selected firm will work collaboratively with the City Council and staff to conduct a comprehensive recruitment process, including stakeholder engagement, candidate outreach, applicant screening, interview facilitation, reference and background checks, employment offer support, and onboarding assistance. Experience conducting local government executive recruitments is preferred.
